Meet Our Team
Dawn Hicks – RDH, Office Administrator
Dawn is our office administrator and is involved in many levels of patient care. She is most likely the first face you will see when arriving at the office. Her disposition and welcoming friendly personality helps to put patients at ease. Dawn graduated from hygiene school in 1995 and was Dr. Knollman’s first hygienist when he began his solo practice. She rejoined the practice as the office administrator in 2004. Her favorite things include traveling and trying new restaurants and making memories with her family!
Brandy Pittman – Certified Dental Assistant
Brandy chose dental assisting as her career and attended Western Piedmont Community College. In 1998, she graduated as a Certified Dental Assistant. She has been employed with Dr. Knollman since January 2001. Brandy is married to Brad and they have 3 children Kennedy, Alex, and Anna. She enjoys shopping, going to the movies, and traveling.
Jennie Fowler – Registered Dental Hygienist
Jennie was born and raised in Washington State where she completed her dental hygiene degree at Clark Community College in 2009. Her husband’s job relocated their family to the area in the summer of 2020. She is married and has two beautiful children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, decorating her home, and hiking with her family.
Ali Money – Registered Dental Hygienist
Ali moved to the Asheville area in Fall of 2020 from southwest Florida. Born and raised there, she graduated from the dental hygiene program at State College of Florida in 2018. She enjoys hiking with her boyfriend and their dog, horseback riding and hanging out at the barn with her horse.
Chris Knollman
Chris is currently in dental school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. He earned a bachelor’s of science degree in biology in 2019 from UNC Asheville. He started working at our office after graduating from high school and is looking forward to his future in the dental profession. In his free time, Chris enjoys playing guitar and sharpening his culinary skills.
